Registration is completed via the HelloAsso payment module available below on this page.

Registration Fees

€40 – Researchers, Professors, and Permanent Technical Staff
Free of charge – Master’s students, PhD students, Postdoctoral researchers, and Non-permanent Technical Staff

An optional Buffet Dinner will take place at the IBPC on May 26 at 8 PM.

The Buffet Dinner costs €32 per person.

You may register for the Buffet Dinner during Step 2 of the registration process.

At the final step of the payment process, HelloAsso will suggest an additional financial contribution to support their platform.

This contribution is optional and can be set to €0 by clicking on “modifier ma contribution”.

The SFPhi will independently make a financial contribution to HelloAsso.
