Abstract Submission

Abstract submission is mandatory for all participants wishing to present a talk or a poster at the SFPhi 2026 meeting.

All abstracts must be prepared using the official template.

The template includes the following information:

  • Title
  • Authors and affiliations
  • Keywords
  • Abstract
  • Indication of presentation preference (oral talk or poster)

Submission Procedure

Once completed, the abstract must be:

  • Saved in Word format (.docx)
  • Renamed with the name of the submitting author
    (e.g. Smith_SFPhi2026.docx)
  • Sent by email to: sfphi2026@sciencesconf.org

Deadlines

  • Abstract submission for oral presentations (talks):
    March 31, 2026
  • Abstract submission for posters:
    May 15, 2026

If an abstract submitted for an oral presentation is not selected for a talk, authors may indicate whether they wish to present a poster instead in the submission form.
